In my most recent role, I worked as the Head of Marketing at the tax app Steuerbot.
Started from scratch – I began as the first marketing employee. Later on, I assembled a small team of 3 managers and 2 designers.
We finally managed to scale the app from 0 to 1 million active users and achieve eight-figure annual sales.
To get there, countless campaigns, A/B tests, and various growth strategies were necessary.
What seems easy today was a tough battle back then. In the end, we were able to scale up to annual 10-digit marketing budgets - represented on nearly all channels.
I wish someone had explained everything to me from the beginning. Cause sometimes the right creative or the courage to scale the budgets can be decisive in the end.
I work as part of the team and not like a classical freelance model.
Today i am consulting apps who are in the beginning of their journey exactly about these things. Like MCI – Personal Fitness AI. And together we succed to scaled up the budgets in a few months.
